SYNQ- A Unified Web3 Experience
Designed a landing page/ functional web app
Year :
2025
Industry :
WEB 3
Client :
SYNQ
Project Duration :
2 weeks

Problem :
In Web3, users often face fragmented experiences. To bridge assets, mint identities, or engage socially, they are forced to juggle multiple applications. This constant switching creates friction, increases learning curves, and leads to user fatigue. SYNQ set out to solve this by building a 3-in-1 product model that consolidates these features into one seamless application. The challenge was to design a user flow that remained simple and intuitive, ensuring that users would not feel overwhelmed despite the product’s multiple functions.

Solution :
The design approach prioritized clarity and efficiency. I conducted iterative testing across multiple user flows to evaluate where users might get stuck or confused. By leveraging low-fidelity wireframes early in the process, I was able to explore variations quickly and validate design decisions with potential users. Every interaction was stripped back to essentials, ensuring the app delivered value without unnecessary complexity.
The design focus wasn’t on aesthetics alone — simplicity was embedded at the core so that bridging, minting, and social interactions felt natural and frictionless within one ecosystem.

Impact :
The final design provided SYNQ with:
A streamlined, uncluttered user journey that reduced cognitive load.
Lower drop-off risk, as users could perform multiple Web3 actions without leaving the app.
A design system that prioritized functionality over flash, leading to higher accessibility for both new and experienced Web3 users.
Summary :
SYNQ demonstrates how thoughtful product design can transform complexity into simplicity. By consolidating key Web3 features into a single app and ensuring each interaction was seamless, we reduced friction and enhanced usability. The result was a cohesive product experience that aligned with SYNQ’s goal of making Web3 more approachable, efficient, and user-friendly.
